Ek wil net vir jou en jou wonderlike span baie dankie se vir die mooi huis wat julle vir my gebou het. Ek is regtig baie gelukkig met die manier hoe almal my projek hanteer het. My huis is klaar ek bly in hom en het n baie klein snaglys wat ek glo vinnig uitgesorteer sal word, en dit is maar klein foute. Regtig ek dink julle het n bitter goeie job gedoen. Regtig oor die algemeen is ek baie happy.

Hiermee wil ek net baie baie dankie sê vir julle goeie diens en goeie werk met die bou van ons huis. Ons het regtig die beste diens gekry van Jaco en Liza wat in beheer was van die projek. Jaco het regtig uit sy pad gegaan om alles betyds reg te hê voor ons intrek en deur die hele bou proses was hy altyd beskikbaar as ons iets wou vra of wou weet en het elke keer uit sy pad gegaan om te help waar hy kan en om ons as kliente gelukkig te hou.

Ek wil baie BAIE dankie sê vir die fantastiese geleentheid wat jy ons gebied het om vir ons 'n huis to bou. Ons is geseënd en waardeer dit rêrig verskriklik. Woorde is net nie genoeg nie.... Verder wil ek ook net dankie sê vir die manier waarop Liza en Vernon ons gehelp het. NIKS was ooit moeite nie . Hulle is werklik stukke goud :-) Jaco is ook die beste! Hy was altyd geduldig elke keer wanneer ons dom vrae vra. Hy ken beslis sy storie.....daar is nooit 'n te kort aan raad nie! Almal het gesê ek en Edward moet 'n sterk huwelik hê om te bou....maar met 'n span soos julle s'n was dit net 'n fees!!

Ons het vir amper 2 jaar in u Wilgenhof woonstelle gehuur (nr. 7) en toe ge’upgrade’ om een van u Schoongezicht Estate eiendomme te koop. Die rede vir hierdie e-pos is net om vir u dankie te sê vir u personeel – uitsonderlik Elria en Oom Jimmy

Ons her verlede Oktober hier ingetrek by 6 Zandwijk Estate. Natuurlik was daar 'n paar goedjies wat nog nie reg was nie, maar ons het dit verwag aangesien ons vroeg moes intrek. Derrick en Ben-nic het ingespring en alles was so gou as moontlik in orde gekry.

I signed for and bought a duplex in Zandwijk Estate, Langeberg Ridge from GLC Development. I found all their staff very easy to deal with and all my requests and changes were dealt with promptly. The workmanship is generally of a good quality and the on-site supervisors were always ready to address any issues and rectify any defects. The design of the duplex is very practical and the layout of the estate very functional. Because of their willingness to be flexible, all units have a very personal feel on the inside.

I just want to thank you for accommodating the changes to our house plan without extra cost, and your efforts to find us the cheapest prices for some of the building materials that we needed due to the changes required. Although the house is much smaller than what we are used to, it is much easier for me to move around by wheelchair than before, due to the house being at the same floor level as the garage floor, the wider doors, wider passage, short ramp in the backyard, drive in shower in the 2nd bathroom and reduced level of light switches.
