Schoongezicht Estate, situated in Brackenfell in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, has launched the next phases of its development. The top floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main bedroom being en-suite. These units have built-in cupboards, a living room with open-plan kitchen and opens up to its own private patio and braai. Internal changes and finishes can be designed by each individual owner.
The townhouses offer single storey living with an en-suite main bedroom and two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. It offers a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, as well as a kitchen and scullery. It has double automated garages with an enclosed yard and private braai area.
Single residential plots allow buyers to design their dream homes within the architectural guidelines. The plots range between 300 and 500m².
